SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is done with USPS Priority Mail and is calculated based on your shipping zone. Items over 12x12x12 in dimension are charged extra per additional inch. Shipments are dropped off at the post office each Monday, unless you contact me with a priority request. You may receive a recycled box with branding from some other business. While I would love to offer fancy presentations and packaging for my items, I'd rather show love to the earth and keep your costs low. Please don't judge your ratchet looking package :D

Once the package is dropped off at the Post Office, I have no control over the speed and care in which it travels. Please keep this in mind especially during COVID times as USPS is known for having delays and staffing issues. I also swear that sometimes they must punt boxes to their destination. 

While I try my best to pack things with as much care and expertise as possible, things can get damaged in transit. Due to the delicate nature of many of my pieces, I cannot guarantee they will all arrive perfectly intact.
If you buy something and it arrives damaged, please ship it back to me for a full refund. However if it can be fixed and you wish to keep it, please reach out to me and I will make it right with you.

 

RETURN POLICY

It is SUPER important to me that you are entirely pleased with your purchase for years to come. For whatever reason you find yourself not satisfied, please do not hesitate to reach out to me - I will see what I can do to make it right.

I accept any return for any reason up to 30 days. Simply ship the item back to me and once received, you will be issued a full refund.

IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED:
-You MUST return it to me for a refund. USPS claims are only processed if they have the original package in hand.
-If you do not wish to return it, you may open your own claim with USPS and show them the package. I do not offer refunds if I do not have the product back.
-If you think you can repair it and want to keep it, please reach out to me with photos and we can definitely work something out!

IF YOUR ITEM IS MISSING:
-Unfortunately I have no control over USPS and their operations. If I deliver the package to USPS on time, it is out of my hands. Any inquiry needs to be addressed with USPS at that point.
-You can contact USPS and get the GPS coordinates of the driver when they scanned the package as delivered. This may help narrow down if it was delivered to the wrong address.
-Be sure to check bushes, with your neighbors, and any leasing or management offices. Often packages can end up here.
-Porch theft is very alive and real. As it is not your fault if your package is stolen, it is not my fault either. You may be able to look into renters insurance or home owners insurance policies to see if this kind of thing is covered.
